welcome.

I believe most people have themes or “sacred threads” that define their struggle and grace in life. Usually, those themes are one and the same.

The process of psychotherapy for me is a collaborative discourse between two human beings, following the sacred threads of your life.

The process of following these "threads," in psychotherapy, is an effort to weave old memories and experiences into new understandings. The outcome is an increase in personal awareness, a restoration of vibrancy and flexibility, a freedom to live moment to moment and the ability to move forward with a unity of thought, word and deed. To live according to one's truth.

I approach therapy as a dynamic process of movement and integration. Moving from the complicated to simple, contraction to expansion, darkness to light, stagnation to vibrancy.

Being alive means we are always engaged in this pulse of movement. As a therapist, I usually meet people at complicated, contracted, dark and stagnant of times. Those moments when change is imminent and suffering is present. My privilege is to join clients in navigating their way back to simplicity, clarity, light and restoration of their original center, that timeless spot of grace.
