I practice from a mind-body perspective that assumes you have the answers within yourself to activate your own healing.
Our therapeutic relationship will be collaborative and directed towards identifying the obstacles to healing. Your “best self”
will be challenged, nurtured and supported.
I believe emotions are rooted in the physical body. Hence, awareness of our physical self and the story it tells is critical to healing. The therapeutic intention is the creation of a pathway between heart, mind and emotion.
